The Local Advisory Committee manages its own grant-making process:

  • It determines which proposals from local organizations should be presented to the CREATE Board for final approval.
  • It has greater flexibility in selecting projects, causes and organizations to receive grants.
  • All grants from the local endowment benefit the people of Lafayette County.
